I am a certified and licensed 3rd Age Renewal Coach, Meditation Teacher, Colour Therapy Coach, EFT Practitioner & Relaxation and Stress Control Practitioner.
I am a qualified NLP Practitioner, accredited by & adhering to the ethics & principles of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I have nearly 40 years experience as a Teacher in both mainstream & special education. I am a qualified Teacher of the Deaf with British Sign Language (Level 3) qualification.
In 2019 my goal is to inspire people to stand in their own personal power and Create their Best Life. I want to encourage people to be courageous and fierce in this one life that we all have.
Annette is the founder of the Create Your Best Life Workshop series, each module designed to promote self-development and growth. She also editor of the Wellbeing & Mindfulness Ezine. She uses her workshops, meditation, coaching, events, online courses, videos, articles and talks to promote self-development, wellbeing and purpose in life.
Annette, is passionate about making changes in people’s life especially those over 50. Hi Annette, Thank you for the wonderful experience at the Meditation and Life Mastery Workshop on the 31st March 2018. The breathing / meditation exercises have been very helpful. I’m particularly pleased with the difference it has made to the managing stress at work. It is amazing. I have also been able to use it during the day instead of reaching out for a cup of coffee. Workshop was a very nice and relaxed atmosphere and surrounding. Nice set of people from different backgrounds. Meditation was my highlight as I was able to relax my mind and body. Would recommend this workshop to others. So looking forward to the next workshop.
Thank you for the Wellbeing Coaching Session. I found the meeting very interesting in understanding Mindfulness and will definitely try the breathing exercises the next time I feel under stress; I did find the experience very useful.
